Attendees enjoyed the beginner-friendly class, where they learned tips and techniques in creating a charcuterie masterpiece that will impress guests in any gathering. Guest chef instructor ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ผ๐ป taught them how to select meats and cheeses, find their own presentation style, and balance aesthetics and taste. They also got to customize their own boards by choosing from a generous spread of premium ingredients, including cheeses, meats, gourmet mixes and spreads from ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ, Cerveza Negra Pork Belly Ham from ๐ ๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐, fresh fruits, an assortment of nuts and dried fruits, and garnishes. ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ต from Your Wine Experience treated everyone to a wine pairing to enhance and complement the tasting.
