Adults Basics is the best class for those who want to explore Jiu-jitsu for the first time! We love seeing people discover their strengths and surprise themselves on the mats. 🤍

Congratulations to Miyay for winning her first ever tournament as a white belt! From cheering on the sidelines to gold medalist real quick! 👏

Congratulations to Tobi and Dutch for winning gold at the recent Relentless tournament! They were able to showcase what we've been working on in class and we're extremely proud of them.

Two days before the tournament there was a power interruption in our building but they still wanted to push through with their private classes, so they trained with only the emergency lights on!

[ Anniversary Weekend ]
This year we decided to hold a special in-house competition for our students. Here are some scenes from Day 1 with our kids competitors!

For many it was their first time putting their skills to the test in competition, and we couldn’t be more proud to see the fight in each one! These little champions are set for big things. 🥹

It was also the launch of our Mana Cafe’s new Maple Cinnamon Squash Donuts, and Affogato with our homemade French Vanilla Ice Cream! 🍩🍦All our cafe items are made from scratch with whole food ingredients. Try out these new favorites while they last!
