Tenant Manila Tenant is a contemporary surf lifestyle store and cafe in San Antonio Village Makati focused on delivering premium product, concept and service.

Tenant shares a unique new space promoting surf, fashion and beach culture in San Antonio Village Makati. Tenant’s store will showcase a space conceptualized by the hands and minds of co-founders John Esguerra and Anton Lopez who bring their significant laid back lifestyle, fashion and design experience to the city after years of design collaborations in markets across the U.S., Europe and Asia. T

he retail space will play host to a curated selection of apparel, books, surfboards and other goods that promote the beach and surf lifestyle. Select menswear brands, such as Saturdays, Hillside, Mollusk, Engineered Garments, Quality Peoples, Oakland Surf Club and Mandala Surfboards all will make their debut in the Manila retail marketplace for the first time. In addition to the shop, Tenant Café housed on the ground floor will be offering an all day menu of locally made baked goods and sandwiches as well as a beverages, juices, coffee, tea, and beer – all of the most premium quality.
