For our line cook Chef Aubrey, her province’s signature Sisig holds memories of her life in Pampanga. Being a favorite for her dearly departed husband, Sisig becomes a remembrance of the love and dedication between her, her husband, and her family 🤎

Our Crispy Grilled Sisig honors this traditional Kapampangan classic— All we can hope is that by serving this dish, our customers are reminded of their fond memories.
