Instant Coffee ⬇️

Gawa sa brewed coffee (ground coffee + water) pero dumadaan sa mahabang freezing at dehydration process para maging powder. Ito yung gamit ng karamihan sa atin kapag nagtitimpla ng kape.

It has a long shelf life, 30-90 mg of caffeine (stimulant o pampagising) content per 1 tsb, pero karamihan ng instant coffee brand/products ay gawa sa low-quality coffee beans kaya afford ng ating bulsa pero hindi puro or kasing sarap at bango ng freshly brewed coffee made of ground coffee.

Ground Coffee o Regular Coffee ⬇️

Suggested by its name, gawa sya sa purong coffee beans na giniling, walang halong tubig at hindi narin dumadaan sa freezing and dehydration process.

Ang ground coffee ay deretso ng ginagamit sa pag-titimpla ng kape. Ang isang tasa ng kape made of ground coffee has 70-140mg of caffeine.

Ground coffee has less shelf life, pero karamihan ay gawa sa high quality coffee beans kaya medyo may kamahalan, pero sulit naman sa lasa.
