Chorizo before it becomes chorizo.

Traditionally, chorizo de prueba is the seasoned chorizo meat before it is stuffed into its casing. Ours is made the authentic Spanish way, using spices we source directly from Spain.

Garlicky, salty, smoky and full of flavor.

Have it with eggs for breakfast, toss it into pasta, serve it as an appetizer, or add it to just about any dish that needs a little more flavor.
