Dig into pan-seared prawns and sautéed kale tossed with conchiglie pasta in a rich béchamel and red cheddar sauce, served hot in a skillet and finished with crispy sourdough crumbs and parmesan.

A comforting, savory dish always worth coming back to.

There’s something special about making a great cup of coffee from the very first pull. ☕

Thank you to everyone who joined us at CMCR West Gallery on July 25–26 for our Home Brewing Workshop with Keith of the CMCR Barista Academy Singapore. From dialing in the perfect espresso shot to brewing a cup worth savoring, it was a weekend spent appreciating the craft, the ritual, and the simple joy of good coffee.
