Coffee description☕☕☕
Arabica beans - tend to have a sweeter, softer taste, with tones of sugar, fruit, and berries. Their acidity is higher, with that winey taste that characterizes coffee with excellent acidity.
Barako coffee - has strong taste and flavor with a distinctively pungent aroma. It can be drunk black or sweetened with sugar or honey. It can be drunk alone or blended with other coffee varieties.
Robusta coffee - tastes earthy and is often said to have a bitter, rubbery/grain-like flavor, with a peanutty aftertaste.
Excelsa - has a distinctive tart, fruity, dark, mysterious taste. In blends, it enhances the middle and back palate and lingering finish of the coffee, giving the cup more substance and power
Sagada coffee - is characterized by its bittersweet taste with fruity or floral overtones.
Kalinga coffee - is purely made from Robusta beans. It is a popular blend as it is produced organically making it among the favorites of coffee lovers locally and abroad.
Espresso - floral and sweet sugary flavors that characterize these coffee regions. You'll taste chocolate, caramel, citrus fruits and floral notes.
King Solomon’s Blend- mix of all classic coffee with high percentage of Arabica.
