📌 POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced HSE Officer (Electrical) to lead the implementation of BNA's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program during the Onshore Electrical Turnaround (TAR) 2026.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in electrical safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, JSA/JHA preparation, arc-flash safety, incident investigation, and HSE leadership in major Oil & Gas or industrial projects.

Ang Lead Electrical Engineer ang magiging technical authority ng buong electrical scope ng BNA para sa Onshore Electrical TAR 2026.

Siya ang responsible sa technical integrity ng testing activities, review at approval ng test procedures at results, at magiging pangunahing technical representative ng BNA sa Client E&I Engineering Team.

Bukod sa technical leadership, inaasahan ding magkaroon ng strong hands-on experience sa protection relay testing, MV/HV testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, at power system protection.

▪️ Pangunahan ang technical ex*****on ng buong electrical testing scope sa lahat ng project phases.
▪️ I-review at i-approve ang Test Quality Forms (TQFs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection Release Certificates (IRCs), at iba pang technical documents.
▪️ Makipag-coordinate sa Client E&I Engineering Team para sa technical clarifications at engineering concerns.
▪️ Personal na pangunahan ang protection relay testing ng critical assets tulad ng Main Incomers, Bus Couplers, Generator Protection, at Transformer Differential.
▪️ Mag-troubleshoot ng unexpected test failures at field anomalies.
▪️ I-review ang SEL relay settings laban sa Client coordination study at i-document ang anumang discrepancies.
▪️ Magbigay ng technical guidance sa HV/MV Test Specialists at Protection Relay Technicians.
▪️ I-review ang arc-flash studies, PPE requirements, at electrical safety boundaries ayon sa NFPA 70E at IEEE 1584.
▪️ Magbigay ng final technical approval sa TAR Close-out Report at Manufacturer Records of Maintenance (MOM).
▪️ Mag-act bilang Project Manager kapag kinakailangan.

Ang Protection Relay Technician (Senior) ay responsible sa protection relay testing campaign sa Client's onshore facilities during TAR 2026.

Kailangan ng candidate ng strong hands-on experience sa:

Partikular na kailangan ang experience sa SEL relay models tulad ng:
