For Ralph, the food stall he runs inside PSAU is more than just a business—it is the heart of his family’s daily life and a meaningful way to serve the community.
As president of the PSAU Concessionaires, Ralph leads with both deep responsibility and genuine care. His mission is simple but profoundly important: to ensure every student and staff member has access to affordable, high-quality, and delicious food.
What keeps him going, even on the busiest and most challenging days, are the kind words and appreciation he receives.
He also cherishes the friendships he has built with fellow concessionaires, especially during campus events. In these moments—when laughter blends with hard work—Ralph truly feels a deep sense of belonging to the PSAU family.
Of course, the job comes with its ups and downs. Unexpected class suspensions due to bad weather or extreme heat sometimes mean no income for the day. But Ralph has learned to face these challenges with resilience: “Ang ginagawa na lang namin ay ipon, tabi ng konti, o sideline para pag dumating ang ganitong pangyayari, prepared na kami.”
When asked about PSAU itself, Ralph’s pride shines brightly: “Masaya at maaliwalas ang kapaligiran—napaka-presko ng paligid at masarap ang simoy ng hangin.” To him, PSAU is truly a second home.
Looking ahead, Ralph shares a heartfelt wish for the future.
Thank you, Par, for the warmth you bring to every meal, for your unwavering dedication, and for being a true pillar of the PSAU community. 💙
