To our customers, friends, fellow business owners, restaurants, cafΓ©s, and even those who took a chance on us despite not knowing us personallyβthank you for your trust and support. ππ»
From our very first batch to this final one, we were able to serve over 500+ steaks. What started as a small side venture turned into something we never expected, and that's because of all of you.
In the next few months, life will become much busier for us. Between moving to a new country, adjusting to a different environment, work responsibilities, and building our future together as husband and wife, we know we won't be able to give this business the attention it deserves.
We could have continued for a little longer, but we'd rather stop while we're still able to serve everyone properly than disappoint the people who supported us from the very beginning.
To those wondering about our staff, don't worry. We made sure to sit down with everyone, explain the situation, and provide the compensation we committed to.
The support we received was more than we ever expected. We're ending this chapter with gratitude, not regret.
Who knows what the future holds?
Maybe one day we'll come back and finally open the steakhouse we've always talked about. Maybe we'll return with a bigger and better setup. Or maybe we'll end up building something completely different.
For now, we're choosing to focus on the next chapter of our lives.
This isn't goodbye.
It's simply a thank you, and hopefully, a see you again.
