The Necessary Pause (and What We Learned)
It’s been a little quiet around here, and trust us, we've felt that distance! 👋 We know you've been hitting us up for your birria fix, and we see every single one of those DMs—thank you for keeping the el caja heat on!
So, where have we been?
We've been doing the thing every hustler needs to do: pressing pause to grow.
For a few weeks, we’ve been officially M.I.A. We swapped our pop-up schedule for a bit of resting, rebranding, travelling, and road-tripping—all with a notebook dedicated to El Caja.
We realized that when you're dedicated to making the best, most authentic birria, you can't run on fumes. Sometimes, the only way to deliver better quality, a better experience, and better flavor is to step away and refill the tank.
The Valuable Lesson We’re Sharing:
You can't pour from an empty cup.
We learned that our commitment to authenticity doesn't just apply to our ingredients; it applies to our energy. We had to take the time to rest, reconnect with inspiration, and gather fresh ideas so that the next time you taste our consommé, you can taste the renewed passion in every single spoonful.
Whether you're studying for an exam, managing a household, or hustling a side gig, REMEMBER TO PRIORITIZE THE PAUSE. Your best output comes after genuine rest.
