🏠 HOME-BASED PRE-ORDER GUIDELINES
1. Advance Order
• Please place your order at least 2–3 days before the desired date.
2. Payment Policy
• Partial payment is required to confirm your order.
• Payment via GCash / Bank Transfer.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment.
3. Order Cut-Off
• Cut-off of orders is 1 day before baking day.
4. No Cancellation / Refund
• Once confirmed, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours before, subject to availability.
5. Pick-Up
• Pick-up only!
• Pick-up time must be strictly followed.
• We are not liable for damages after pick-up.
6. Design & Appearance
• Cake designs are based on reference photos and may have slight variations since each cake is handmade.
7. Storage & Shelf Life
• Best consumed within 2–3 days.
• Store in the refrigerator upon receiving.
8. Health & Safety
• Cakes are prepared in a home kitchen with proper cleanliness and care.
9. Agreement
• Placing an order means you agree to all terms and conditions.

• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees

• Name / age / short message
• Simple to detailed designs (price may vary depending on design complexity)

💳 Payment Policy
• 50% downpayment required to confirm your order
• No downpayment = no reserved slot

📍 Pick-up only!
• Pick-up location: to be advised

❌ Cancellation / Changes
• Downpayment is non-refundable
• Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date
• Major design changes may incur additional charges
