R&D Day (Research and Development)
We experimented with cooking our shawarma fries in the air fryer. While they turned out okay, the texture was a bit too dry for our liking. For now, we’ll be sticking with our tried-and-tested, old-fashioned cooking method — still the best for that perfect crisp and flavor!
