Position: SERVER/WAITER
Duties are but not limited to:
-Must be able to interact effectively with customers and staff
-Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
-Must be able to serve food and beverages for customers in a prompt and efficient manner with a smile!
-Computer literate.
- Follows safety regulations and precautions at all times.
- Ensures that all food service areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
-Reports all hazardous conditions and equipment to your supervisor.
-Reports all accidents to the supervisor.
-Disposes of food and waste in accordance with established policies.
-Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
-Cleans tables, chairs, refrigerators and freezers, etc.
-Carries soiled dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils to proper storage areas.
-Keeps work areas clean, dry, and free of food, beverages, etc.
-Returns used food trays from food carts, dining room, etc., and delivers to the dishwashing area.
Position: KITCHEN HELPER
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must have knowledge about the administrative and kitchen duties such as stock, inventory and ordering of food supplies and provisions, overseeing food preparation, setting sanitation guidelines
-Must have keen sense of taste and smell, and passion for food and cooking
-Must have an efficient memory
-Computer literate.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferably must posses a High School Diploma, but everyone may apply!
Pleasant personality, well groomed and of good moral character
Must be Hard-working, friendly, willing to learn, honest and with high sense of integrity
Willing to work on shifting / broken schedule
