Nacho Pizza

All the toppings of our beef nachos on a bechamel base, garnished with cheese sauce and our white garlic sauce before topping with crushed nachos for the crrrrruuunncchh. 😋 Hope our VIP liked it! 🙏🏻

Yesterday was truffle day. We had orders of Truffle Cheeseburger, Truffle Pasta, the more popular Truffle & Mushroom Pizza and we even had a Truffle Burger Steak done yesterday.

This last order, made a couple of minutes before our closing, was Truffle Cheeseburger. The rider who claimed it was curious. Ano daw ichura nun kasi ang bango daw ng kitchen pag pasok nya ng resto. Then I showed him a photo on the menu and pointed out at our open kitchen to see the order being prepared. Sabi nya, kakaiba daw kasi. 😊

We have been serving Truffle Cheesebuer for a couple of years already and we realized we haven’t really promoted it yet. So here, if you’re curious, this is definitely a must-try. 👌🏼😉🤫

In the midst of our dinner service yesterday, we had the sweetest customer. He is the sweetest 7-ish year old boy. He came with his younger brother and parents.

After ordering, (yes, he was the one who ordered), he curiously watched us prepare their food. Nakakatuwa, he repeatedly said to our chef, “ang galing mo” while our chef flambeed 🔥 He was so amazed. Before leaving, he repeteadly said “ang sarap ng food nyo.”

Tanggal lahat ng pagod namin. ❤️ Thank you, Matt Matt. You made our week. 🥰
