When I opened Asilo en Lipa it was always based on the premise that stories flowed better while drinking something… whether it’s updating our friends of the latest episodes of our lives over coffee, celebrating success stories over wine, or sharing stories of heartbreak over a few bottles of beer. I envisioned a place where good conversation flowed as easily as the drinks.
Several years later, I’ve developed a steady flow of regular customers whom I’ve been blessed to share great conversations and relationships with. Customers have graduated from school, passed board exams, entered the workforce, received promotions at work, got reassigned and have even gotten married. Grateful for those who have been with me through the years, and shared parts of their lives and their stories with me. It’s been challenging managing a business far from my expertise, but thoughtful customers always make my day.
