We believe every great flavored espresso drink starts with a solid coffee foundation. That’s why we use Paragon, a carefully crafted blend of Philippine Arabica (Catimor) and Robusta from Kapatagan, Davao del Sur.

This natural-process blend delivers rich notes of roasted nuts, molasses, baker’s chocolate, and a subtle smoky finish creating an espresso that remains bold and flavorful even when paired with chocolate and milk.
