She envisioned to make Bagoong readily available in the market and cost-efficient for the customers by grinding the conventional Salted Fish (Bagoong Isda) and storing it in a bottle with sealed cap which she then labeled as Fish Sauce. Until now, Demetria leads the way to innovation among other entrepeneurs involved in the Bagoong industry from Lingayen, Pangasinan and other regions in the Philippines. Bagoóng is a Philippine condiment made of partially or completely fermented fish (bagoóng isdâ) or krill (bagoóng alamáng) and salt.
