Egg Coffee, or Cà Phê Trứng was created in Hanoi by Vietnamese bartender Nguyễn Văn Giảng.

With milk being scarce at the time, he experimented with whipped egg yolk, sugar, and coffee — creating the rich, custard-like drink we know today.

We’re bringing our own version in a crème brûlée type! Also available in matcha & chocolate 😉

Our take on Vietnam’s iconic Egg Coffee, adapted into a single, easy-to-enjoy cup instead of pouring it over ice.

Because we know our café can get a little fast-paced, we adapt our creations to fit the way our customers enjoy their coffee. 🇻🇳🤎
