After seven years of calling Bigbens Tetuan home, and ten years of growing with all of you through Big Ben’s Kitchen Zamboanga, this is one of the most difficult messages we’ve ever had to share.

Big Ben’s Kitchen has never just been a restaurant. It became a place filled with life—where families gathered, friendships were built, milestones were celebrated, and simple moments turned into lasting memories. Tetuan was not just a location… it was home.

Today, we pause.

Recently, our family experienced the loss of our beloved mother—the heart behind so much of what Big Ben’s Kitchen stands for. Her love, strength, and warmth live in every corner of what we built, and her presence is something we will forever carry with us.

Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Tetuan branch. This is a time for us to grieve, to heal, and to honor her memory in the most meaningful way we can.

To our loyal customers, friends, and everyone who has supported us through the years—thank you from the deepest part of our hearts. You were never just customers. You became part of our family, and this journey would never have been the same without you.

Every visit, every smile, every shared meal—we will hold onto all of it.

This is not goodbye.

We will be relocating and starting a new chapter soon. And when that time comes, we hope to welcome you again—with the same love, the same heart, and a renewed purpose inspired by her.

For now, we ask for your prayers, your understanding, and your continued support.
