‼️Official Announcement — Bambusa Coffee House‼️

A NEW CHAPTER FOR BAMBUSA

With a grateful heart, we would like to share that Bambusa Coffee House is now under new management and ownership, effective September 5, 2026.

After more than two years of memories, hard work, challenges, laughter, friendships, and beautiful moments, I am deeply grateful to everyone who became part of the Bambusa journey.

To our loyal customers, friends, guests, staff, suppliers, and everyone who supported us — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bambusa would not have become what it is without you.

I am now taking a pause and beginning a new chapter in my life. While it is emotional to let go of something I built with so much love, I am also happy knowing that Bambusa will continue under its new owner, Analiza Coyoca Wang, and a new chapter will begin.

Please continue to support Bambusa and welcome the new management with the same love you have always shown us.

Thank you, Bambusa. Thank you for the memories.
This is not goodbye — it is simply the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.

With love and gratitude,
Alma Donohue
Former Owner, Bambusa Coffee House

A Flavorful Afternoon !
MONIN X Bambusa Coffee House

A beautiful afternoon of product knowledge, creativity, and flavor discovery with our baristas.

A special note of gratitude to Monin for inspiring and elevating our journey with their incredible range of flavors that helped bring our ideas to life.

From mocktails to cocktails, iced coffee, and new coffee creations, we explored ingredients, techniques, and ideas to build our next signature flavors.

More knowledge. More creativity. Better drinks.
And most importantly—a stronger team behind every cup.

Here’s to creating something new at Bambusa!
