Quick Stop at Brioche's café

Had a quick lunch at Brioche Café right after arriving from Sorsogon.

I had a prior appointment that day, so we only had time for a short stop and a quick bite.

First impression? The café is really cute. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was, and the one wall was covered with colorful Post-it notes. I’m guessing those were left by customers who visited before us. The interior was simple yet charming.

We dropped by around lunchtime and ordered a chocolate drink for my cousin, a green apple drink for me, and some cheesy, meaty fries to share. The total bill was around ₱600, which was well within my budget — so that’s a win.

Both drinks were delicious, and since it was a hot day, they were perfect for cooling us down. What surprised me most was the fries. Usually, cheesy fries tend to get too rich or nakakasuya after a few bites, but these were just right. The balance was perfect, and the bits of ground pork or beef added extra flavor. It was really good!

I’d definitely love to come back next time and try their rice meals.
