🛒 MARKETING SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketing Supervisor who can develop and execute marketing activities that support sales growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product sampling, product launches, store activations, and other marketing events
• Work closely with the Sales Team to increase product distribution, sales volume, and new account acquisition
• Develop marketing programs, promotions, and in-store activities to drive product movement
• Conduct market visits and competitor checking to identify market trends and opportunities
📌 QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or FMCG
• Willing to do field work, market visits, and out-of-office marketing activities
