Roasted coffee is meant to be consumed within 18 days from date of AIR roasting or up to a month for optimum flavors and aroma. Store the coffee beans/ground in air tight container. What Happens After 18 Days? Coffee is still good, BUT, flavor quality begins to decline as the beans or ground coffee is exposed to oxygen.
