The owners consulted with a friend who is a Chef and Contractor in profession to materialize their ideas of wanting to offer a variety of Filipino, European and American dishes, all while making sure that the ambience of the place would radiate the sense of being a second home for guests. At the outset, the owners only wanted a restaurant, but upon realizing that BF Resort Village needed an establishment which could satisfy not only food enthusiasts, they then decided to include setup for coffee and bar drinks to best cater all ages of life. Fueled by a deep appreciation for the art of gastronomy and the desire of bringing people together around the table, R Bistro Café's journey began.
