KESSLER'S Kitchen, The Kitchen Sessions brings you once again, Italian Chef Moreno Benigno’s, “A Fresh Pasta Class” with our partners, Pilmico Flour, Arla Pro Philippines for their Full Cream Milk, Whipping Cream, Unsalted Butter, Emmental Cheese and Castello Danish Blue cheeses.
Join our hands-on pasta session and learn how to make fresh pasta dough for your Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle dishes, how to make the tastiest traditional Italian tomato sauce, Sorrentina condiment ex*****on, Ricotta and spinach filling, and other possible applications of tomato sauces.
Every student will partecipate on preparing the fresh pasta dough, shape the pasta and prepare the filling for the pasta and sauces, cook, and of course, enjoy your pasta dishes.
