Higop Pares is a food business that offers two delicious Filipino dishes: beef pares and pares mami. Beef pares, commonly known as "pares," pair tender beef slices simmered in a sweet and savory broth with rice and a side of clear broth soup. Pares Mami on the other hand takes the beloved flavors of Beef Pares and incorporates them into a comforting noodle soup. This dish features the same tender

beef slices immersed in a savory broth, but with the addition of springy noodles that absorb the rich flavors of the soup.
