We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced cook to join our growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years of professional cooking experience
• Experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen preferred
• Knowledgeable in preparing pasta, rice meals, sandwiches, quesadillas, breakfast dishes, sauces, and café-style food
• Can consistently follow standard recipes and portion sizes
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, FIFO, proper storage & labeling
• Fast, organized, and able to work efficiently during busy hours
• Responsible, punctual, clean, and trustworthy
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Kitchen leadership experience is an advantage
👩🍳 PRACTICAL COOKING TEST REQUIRED
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a paid practical cooking test to assess:
Taste • Presentation • Speed • Cleanliness • Portion Control • Recipe Compliance
