Espresso drinks are pricey because quality costs daily.

Fresh roasted beans
— not bodega stock. We use beans at peak freshness. Pag stale na, tinatapon o hindi na sineserve.

Real syrups
— not cheap, artificial sugar bombs. Good syrups are cleaner and balanced.

Dialed-in espresso
— every shot is adjusted. Mali = tapon. Walang shortcut.

Milk + waste
— hindi lahat ng steam perfect. May nasasayang and we absorb that.

Equipment
— high-end machines + maintenance = mahal, but that’s what keeps your cup consistent.

If it’s cheap, something is compromised—beans, syrup, or skill. If it’s done right, you taste where your money went.
