The best way is to STUDY BY HEART, and apply. You must look forward on its practical application. Thus, you must know on how to analyze words and sentences using key concepts and vocabularies to come up with the correct meaning.
2. SCHOOL DOES NOT MATTER:We can learn thru experience on personal involvement. Remember that what is applicable to others is applicable to you.
