As part of our anniversary celebration, we’re handing over the bar. And honestly? We’re excited to be guests too.

This June 27, we’re honored to welcome Chad Tungpalan Chad Tungpalan , Philippine National Brewers Cup 2026, 2nd Runner-Up — as he takes over the Touché bar. Chad will be serving the very recipe that earned him a national podium finish at the recently concluded PNBC 2026.

Come taste what dedication, craft, and a whole lot of Ilocos pride tastes like in a cup.

A year of doing this,

We have found that these coffee drinks are the best-sellers for our patrons who love flavored coffee drinks. ❤️

The flavors might seem simple and usual but this wouldn’t be possible if we don’t have good espresso which tastings notes amplify these flavored drinks.

Our partner roaster, DAGOP, has been providing us our espresso beans since we started our operations way back June 2025. We often have Brazil mix with Kapangan, Benguet or sometimes if we’re low on supply for local, we have Tanzania.

tasting notes: fruity, chocolatey, nuts, creamy, sweet

So next time that you’d order one of these drinks, know that it is not the syrups nor the sweet ingredients, but the espresso beans, which put structure and foundation to the flavor.

So, many thanks to Sir Kliff and Bri for all the hardwork.
And showing thanks is through settling our pending invoices. Nyaks! 😅 hahaha
