Winter Day Camp – Day 2: Skills, Service, and Starian Excellence on Display!

On the second day of the Junior and Senior HighSchool Winter Day Camp, SHS FBS (Food and Beverage Services) learners showed remarkable enthusiasm and professionalism as they took part in interactive, hands-on industry activities. From preparing food to managing event service, students displayed creativity, accuracy, and confidence in every task.

This meaningful experience strengthened their essential FBS skills—such as proper sanitation and safety, organized mise en place, and efficient food and beverage handling—while also enhancing their teamwork, communication, and adaptability in real-world settings.

A true showcase of growth, dedication, and the bright opportunities ahead for our future-ready Starians.

Winter Day Camp 2025: Showcasing Skills, Service, and Starian Excellence!

SHS High School–FBS (Food and Beverage Services) learners brought warmth and professionalism to the Winter Day Camp as they showcased industry-ready skills through immersive, hands-on activities. From food preparation to event service, students demonstrated precision, creativity, and confidence in every task.

This meaningful experience strengthened their core FBS competencies—including sanitation and safety practices, mise en place, and proper food and beverage handling—while further enhancing communication, teamwork, and adaptability in real-world scenarios.

Onnat’s very own heirs at a birthday fellowship on November 21, 2025. Her heirs visited the Bean to Brew site, sampled the local coffee and interacted with the high school students doing immersion activities on cultural heritage. Catering of the fellowship was made by the Star Cafe. 😊
