See you 🌲 Heading our menu is the famous cordilleran smoked meat called "kiniing", which we lovingly make in our humble abode. We have expanded this dish from a simple guinisa to mixing it with different vegetables of your choice. We also use kiniing in our pasta. Kiniing with green salad, and so on. Inspired by what we cook in our home, we just want to share our food by introducing them to our menu. We also have our own version of "mix-mix". Mix-mix is a combination of a pig's mixed internals, boiled to achieve a tender texture and simply sautéed with local spices. The all-time favorite dinakdakan, guisado sungo or pig snout, guisado pork liver, and of course pork sisig are among our daily fast-moving items too and we often refer to them as highland favorites. Fried chicken, classic and buttered is also on our menu and classified as one of our popular items, especially for the younger generations.
