STEAMED SIU MAI: Thaw in a room temperature until pieces are separated. Next, place on a slightly greased steaming rack and steam it for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Then, serve with chilli garlic, soy sauce, and calamansi.

FRIED SIU MAI: Thaw in a room temperature until pieces are separated. Next, heat a pan of cooking oil. Fry Siu Mai when the oil is hot enough on a medium to high heat. Make sure to cook it on all sides until golden brown. Serve with chilli garlic, soy sauce, and calamansi.
