We are now accepting pre-orders for:
December 24 (Christmas Eve)
December 31 (New Year’s Eve)
Order cutoff is on December 20.
Place your orders via Messenger or call us at (046) 484-44-66 / 0917-687-1117.

💰 Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
Changes or cancellations will be accepted only until December 20, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.
We encourage everyone to settle their remaining balance on:
December 23 for December 24 orders
December 30 for December 31 orders
You may also settle your remaining balance upon pickup.

📦 Pickup & Courier Policy
We have a strict pickup policy.
Pickup schedule:
December 24: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
December 31: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
You may book your own courier for pickup; however, Sasahama will not be liable for any damage to the food during delivery or transport.
Orders not picked up by 12:00 NN may experience quality changes.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.

📦 Packaging & Storage
Packaging may vary slightly depending on supply availability.
To maintain freshness, we highly recommend refrigerating your platters immediately.
