Hi! I have been getting a lot of messages asking about the next mexican popup. I wish I could host one sooner, but my health hasn't been great lately, so heavy cooking isn't a good idea for now.

However, I've had this niche yet interesting idea for quite a while now and I would really want to make it happen, would a matcha-forward pop up sound good to you? Let me know!

I would like to recreate that lovely matcha cheesecake and lavender coconut matcha drink (photos below) that I had in New York. 🙏
