LGU Kalibo will no longer issue a car pass. It was agreed with the PNP that residents and businesses in the affected areas will just show a valid ID contaning their address to show proof that they reside or work within the festival zone; provided that they have their own parking lot (not on the streets). However, vehicles will not be allowed to enter the areas during official parades and processions. Also, Item No. 5 in Section 4 of the EO states that “The designated Primary Festival Zone under Section 2 of this Order is identified as NO PARKING ZONE starting January 13-19, 2025 to ALL types of vehicles except for firetrucks, ambulance, and other rescue vehicles operated by LGU Kalibo and other concerned agencies. However, in the Secondary Festival Zone, parking will be prohibited ONLY during official parades and processions.
In cases that there are no official parades going on, you may request the PNP assigned at the checkpoint to let you in. They are in a better position to assess the actual situation.
Delivery vehicles are allowed to make deliveries inside the festival zones from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
As indicated in SECTION 2 of the EO, the roads covering the Festival Zone are:

1. W. Regalado St. (from Corner C. Laserna St. to Corner G. Ramos St.)
2. G. Ramos St. (from Corner W. Regalado St. to Corner M. Laserna St.)
3. M. Laserna St. (from Corner G. Ramos St. to Corner W. Regalado St.)
Secondary Festival Zone:
1. S. Osmeña Ave. (from front of Provincial Capitol Grounds to Corner D. Maagma St.)
2. D. Maagma St. (from Corner S. Osmeña Ave. to Corner A. Mabini St.)
3. C. Laserna St. (from Corner W. Regalado St. to Corner M. Roxas Ave.)
4. M. Roxas Ave. (from Corner C. Laserna St. to Corner A. Mabini St.)
5. A. Mabini St. (from Corner M. Roxas Ave. to Corner D. Maagma St.)
6. D. Maagma St. (from Corner A. Mabini St. to Corner J. Rizal St.)
