Hi friends! 💛
Quick update: Balai is still closed as a physical store — nothing’s changing there.
But since many of you have been messaging (and since we're back from Thailand), I decided to do something light, simple, and zero pressure:
I’ll be cooking again — but only small batches, pre-order, and only a few dishes.
Think of it as Balai on “gentle mode.” 😌
I’m not reopening fully, I’m not bringing back the old schedule. Just… cooking what I can, when I can, for those who miss our food.
For now, I’ll be offering 3–5 dishes only —the ones that are easy for me and crowd-favorites like:
🌶️ Chimichanga
🍤 Pad Thai
🥗 Sambal Beef Noodles....
.. and other new flavors you might wanna try.
(Subject to my mood😂)
Everything will be pre-ordered only, packed in sharing quantities, no solo orders, and limited slots.
Once puno na, that’s it for the week.
This is just something I’m doing while we’re here.
It’s not a full comeback — more like a “pop-in when I can.” 💛
I'll be posting our available menu soon.
