ALEJANDRO’S
Alejandro’s began on September 8,2016 as a simple coffee shop in the town of Aurora, Isabela. Focusing on the goals “Bringing good things together” Alejandro’s is making each dish in our own kitchen from scratch. Through hard work and dedication, Alejandro’s now has expanded to a modern Filipino restaurant serving delicious and authentic recipes.
Every day, without fail, our store begins to buy the freshest ingridients in local markets, and then prepare them for serving. Over the years, different types of people stop by our shop to enjoy hot or cold coffee, made to order dishes such as burgers, sandwiches and pastas, filling up their stomachs and their hearts. We take pride in the faces of our satisfied customers leaving the shop after having taken respite from their busy lives to truly enjoy a memorable dining experience.
In order to better serve our customers we soft opened our bigger and wider-choice of Menu shop, now with restaurant and bar, on July 18, 2018 on the same spot and getting ready for our Grand Opening on August 4, 2018.
