On June 13, 2026, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was officially signed between Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology and The LANDERS HOTEL at Zalo’s Boutique Hotel, marking a strong commitment to bridging education and real-world industry experience.

This partnership was led by Dr. Roy L. Valesco, University President, Madam Gracie Navel Landers, CEO and Maui M. Gilla, Hotel Operations Manager & Business Development.

At THE LANDERS HOTEL, we proudly open opportunities for On-the-Job Training (OJT) students by providing hands-on learning, professional hotel operations exposure, customer service excellence training, and real industry experience that prepares future hospitality leaders for success.
