After over 21 years in the BPO industry, I held on to a dream — to one day build something of my own. While working the night shifts, I explored every possible side hustle: from a small carinderia, internet shop, cakes & pastries, catering, and even a milk tea stand. Then came the pandemic — and with it, the biggest battle

of my life: cancer. After surgeries and treatments, I came out stronger, more grounded, and thankfully, cancer-free. That journey made one thing clear: it was time to finally chase my dream. Aux Coffee Break was born from that dream — a space built with heart, lessons, and life experiences. It’s a cozy, homey place where people can enjoy delicious food, unwind, connect, and feel at home — because I believe comfort should be served not only on a plate, but also to the soul. This is just the beginning — and I’m grateful you’re part of our story.
