A Personal Announcement

With a heavy heart, we are looking for someone who would like to take over our small business.

We will still operate until such time that someone will take over.

As many of you know, I’ve been in the food business since 2020. For the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of serving good food to our community every day.

We started with our Japanese ramen at home during pandemic, and eventually grew into serving rice meals, pasta, and many other dishes at a small stall in Harvest Marketplace and eventually here at Alapan 1-A.

What started as a small dream became a huge part of my life.

Six years is a long time. And I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported us throughout this journey—our regular customers, friends, families, and everyone who chose to eat with us, order from us, and recommend us to others.

To all the organic food vloggers, thank you so much. 🥺

You became more than just customers. You became part of our story. 🤍

But now, with a heavy heart, I’ve decided to let go of the business and offer everything in our store to someone interested to take it.

This decision wasn’t easy. But I’ve realized that it’s time for me to pursue another dream—to explore more in the kitchen and move forward with my culinary career.

As some of you may have noticed, we have recently been closed. I’m already preparing myself for this next chapter and for the journey I’ve decided to take.

I’m truly sorry for suddenly stepping away, and I hope you can understand.

This may be the end of this chapter, but I’m hoping it’s also the beginning of something new for me.
