‼️ ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️
After much thought, we’ve decided to leave FOODPANDA. 🚫🐼 Weellas sushi and grill will be unavailable in this platform starting September 5, 2025.
Starting this September 2025, they will be implementing a “Wait Time Fee” that unfairly penalizes merchants like us. If an order takes longer than their estimated prep time (even if it’s just a few minutes because of rush, bulk orders, or unavoidable delays), we get charged ₱23 plus ₱5 for every extra minute—capped at ₱93.
On top of this, Foodpanda already deducts high commissions, and sometimes unexplained adjustments that eat away at small businesses’ earnings. Instead of supporting local merchants, these policies make it harder for us to thrive.
As much as we value our customers, these new rules and hidden costs make it harder for us to continue giving you the same quality and service without being burdened by fees that are simply not merchant-friendly.
We will continue to accept deliveries via our FB Page and through GrabFood PH platforms partners that respect both customers and merchants.
