Tonight was the final day of our pop-up food stall at the CNPC Pickleball Cup here in Daet. (Thank you, .amore for having us. Thank you, and the CNPC committee for organizing this event.)
We came all the way from Imus, not knowing if people would even like our food. Honestly, Day 1 was tough—sales were low, and I started worrying if we’d even cover our expenses.
But we kept going.
Day 2? Sales doubled.
Day 3? It doubled again.
By the end, we had repeat customers, people recommending us to their friends, and even the event committee ordered a 20-pax dinner from us.
It wasn’t easy—long hours, intense heat, and pure pagod for us, but it was all worth it.
We may not have made a huge profit, but we gained something bigger, we introduced our food to Daet, and people loved it.
Grateful for everyone who supported us. This is just the beginning. 😉🫶🏼
