Washed Process
Colombia 路 Huila 路 La Argentina 路 Chiroso
Clean and precise. The washed process allows the Chiroso varietal to speak clearly. Highlighting clarity, structure, and origin-driven character.

Honey Process
Rwanda 路 Rulindo 路 Juru A1 路 Bourbon
Here, some of the fruit is left on during drying. The result is a gentle sweetness and a soft, rounded cup that balances brightness with depth.

Natural Process
Ethiopia 路 Sidama G1 路 Heirloom Peaberry
Dried with the fruit intact, this process brings out expressive aromatics and layered fruit notes, vibrant, sweet, and complex.
