This collaboration was years in the making.

We first met Kuya Ome back in 2022 at the Manila Coffee Festival in Intramuros. The moment we tasted Likhaya’s soy ice cream, we immediately knew it belonged on our menu. There was just one small hiccup: back then, Kublí was operating out of a tiny 4x4 tent with zero freezer space.

Now that we finally have a bigger home and proper storage, it’s officially happening! We’re thrilled to bring you Likhaya’s Soybetero, served up as the perfect base for our affogato.

When we started looking for local green coffee beans, we wanted a farm that shared our heart for community. Enter Ms. Maycee, who randomly walked into Kublí a few months back.

Meeting her felt like total kismet.

What started as a quick chat turned into a deep dive into Finca de Garces—their dedication to coffee farming, the care behind their processes, and their passion for lifting up surrounding local growers.

Today, we’re beyond proud to share our first single-origin release: Finca de Garces’ Sarchimor Carbonic Process.

Roasted by our friends at South City Coffee Roasters, this lot delivers rich, fruity tasting notes, balanced by a clean, sweet finish.

Huge shoutout to the ingenious Jecman of for the custom AR cover art, inspired by the Sarchimor plants growing at the farm.

We’re pouring some tomorrow (Aug 22)—come drop by and taste it with us!
