Yūgen begins with two bold icons: rich ceremonial matcha and vibrant, ripe strawberries. Through a slow, meticulous milk-clarification process, we bind the heavy solids and bitter tannins, letting the mixture drip-filter over hours.

By filtering out the heavy texture, Yūgen turns rich matcha and sweet strawberries into a crystal-clear drink. Topped with a bright lemon foam, it looks as light as water—yet packs deep, vibrant flavor in every sip.
