PAKIBURAK MANUAL BREWING CHALLENGE 2026 — SEASON TWO IS BREWING! ☕

A year-long celebration of manual brewing excellence, bringing together some of the finest cafés across Western Visayas — from Kalibo, Aklan to Roxas City, Capiz, and from Miag-ao to Iloilo City. Pakiburak returns to honor craft, skill, community, and coffee culture.

Introducing our Official Host Cafés for Season Two — where monthly manual brewing challenges will unfold, each with its own format, beans, and brewing rules designed to test technique, precision, and creativity.
Stay tuned for announcements from each host café as we brew stories, sharpen skills, and build the manual brewing community — one cup at a time.
