Sa mga araw na tinatamad kang pumasok sa eskwela, walang mas hihigit pa sa comfort food @ lutong bahay na magpapasaya sa'yo. Dito sa DAKALAN-AN alam namin kung gaano kahalaga ang mga simpleng kasiyahan sa buhay, kaya’t naghahain kami ng mga pagkain na swak sa tamad na araw ng eskwela.

Sa mga araw na tila ang bagal ng oras at hirap bumangon sa k**a, nandito ang DAKALAN-AN para magbigay ng saya at aliw sa pamamagitan ng aming masasarap na pagkain.Lahat ng ito ay ihahain namin na parang yakap ng init ng tahanan.
